Mill Creek Machining (MCM) is seeking a CNC Programmer for our Paullina, IA location. The CNC Programmer has day-to-day duties that include planning and applying the practices of manufacturing to research and develop tools, processes, machines, and equipment. This role also integrates the facilities and systems for producing quality products with optimal expenditure and emphasis on continuous improvement and cost reduction.
