CNC Process Engineer
About The Position
The CNC Process Engineer will define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment. This role involves validating design specifications and shop floor applications for new products, tools, or equipment. The engineer will develop and maintain manufacturing methods to support safety, delivery, and cost (SQDC) priorities, while developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. The position requires understanding key business drivers and how their work integrates with other teams. The role involves using judgment to propose solutions outside of set parameters with guidance, and utilizing prior experience and training to solve straightforward tasks. This is likely an individual contributor role requiring strong interpersonal and time management skills. Regular participation in monthly Lean Kaizen events to support the Lean Roadmap is expected, along with supporting New Product Introduction and CNC processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing or operations experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of CNC experience (programming preferred)
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in Bangor, Maine.
- Must be willing and able to work weekend shift 6AM-6:30 PM

Responsibilities
