About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Durma and / or Cincinnati CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team on our 1st shift, Mon - Fri 6:00AM - 3:30PM, Saturdays as needed from 6AM – 12:30PM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining press brake machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

Requirements

3 + years operating Durma, Cincinnati CNC press brake machines is essential.
Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
Knowledge of precision measuring instruments is required for quality control purposes.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is mandatory.
English is a must, Spanish is a plus.

Nice To Haves

Experience with hand tools, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and CNC operations is a plus.
Understanding of GD&T principles is beneficial for interpreting complex designs.

Responsibilities

Operate Durma and Cincinnati press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components as per design specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in dimensions and tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines to ensure optimal performance.
Assemble components as necessary, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
