About The Position
Clow is looking for a CNC Press Brake Operator to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate brake press equipment to accurately bend and form metal components that become part of quality products used by leading manufacturers. This is a hands-on opportunity where you will learn machine setup, tooling, material handling, and part inspection while developing valuable manufacturing skills. Working alongside experienced team members, you will build your knowledge of blueprints, job specifications, and precision forming processes.

- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to learn multiple operations and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to support other departments as needed
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of manufacturing or press brake experience preferred
