CNC Plasma Cutting Technician
About The Position
Step Into the Shop: A Day in This Role Aegis is partnering with a growing manufacturer to add a hands-on CNC professional to the team. You’ll start your shift reviewing basic blueprints, verifying part specs, and selecting the right steel plate. From there, you’ll run a plasma cutting machine using preloaded CNC programs, keep an eye on cut quality, and handle loading and unloading materials on the cutting table. Requirements
- 1–4+ years of CNC machining experience with (plasma or laser cutters, or press brake or shear or band saw or lathes or mills).
- Ability to read and interpret simple mechanical blueprints.
- Proficiency using basic measuring tools (tape measures, squares, protractors).
