We produce high and low-volume precision CNC machined parts for automotive suppliers, military, industrial equipment, agricultural, and heavy truck industries. Requirements

  • Experience in CNC Machine Operation
  • Experience in Steel Material Production
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Ability to assemble steel components with precision
  • Ability to perform quality checks
  • Ability to collect and document data
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Experience in loading CNC machines with raw stock
  • Experience in monitoring tool life
  • Experience in changing tooling
  • Experience in making necessary offsets
  • Experience in packaging finished products

Responsibilities

  • Manage one or more CNC machines to cut and machine metal workpieces to exact specifications.
  • Load CNC machines with raw stock, monitor tool life, change tooling, and make necessary offsets.
  • Package finished products efficiently and accurately.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for steel assembly projects.
  • Assemble steel components with precision, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
  • Perform quality checks on assembled steel parts to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all machined parts meet stringent standards.
  • Collect and document data to maintain accurate quality control records.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain the mechanical integrity of CNC machines.
  • Ensure the work area is clean and organized, contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Operating CNC machines: loading with raw stock, monitoring tool life, changing tooling, making offsets, and packaging products.
  • Ensuring quality standards with regular quality checks.
  • Meeting or exceeding efficiency and production rate requirements.
  • Maintaining the mechanical integrity of the machine through maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
  • Collecting and documenting data.
