Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong mechanical and trouble shooting ability.
- Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate machines within the department.
- Inspect parts and document results of inspections on in process inspection plans.
- Continuously monitor equipment and tooling.
- In the event of a breakdown or other event that would disrupt the process, notify department manager to resolve the problem.
- Follow the instructions on the setup sheet, drawings and/or programs.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Adhere to company safety requirements.
- Assure that assigned activities are performed in accordance with Seabrook Quality System procedures.
