About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing daily CNC operations within a fast-paced, high-volume production line environment where meeting output targets, maintaining quality standards, and minimizing downtime are critical to operational success. Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment (cabinetry, door, panel, or similar production setting preferred).
Experience operating CNC equipment in a fast-paced, high-volume production line environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving experience with CNC systems.
Advanced measuring skills in imperial and metric systems.
Strong mathematical aptitude (unit conversions, ratios, percentages).
Proficient with CNC software, production tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as required.
Must be eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities

Lead daily CNC production activities, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
Drive performance to meet output targets, quality standards, and departmental KPIs.
Troubleshoot programming, tooling, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
Monitor production timelines and coordinate with internal teams to maintain continuous workflow.
Support and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce waste.
Reinforce adherence to all health and safety policies and PPE requirements.
Promote safe machine operation and proper material handling practices.
Identify and address workplace hazards or operational risks proactively.
Support a strong safety culture across the production floor.
