About The Position

We offer great work and great pay and we’re conveniently located in Culver, IN. Starting pay rate is from $22.00/hour Weekly paychecks! No experience necessary – we will train! On-the-spot job offers! General Laborers will be expected to be active members of the department including participating in safety programs, attending daily meetings with the leads, taking direction from supervisors & leads, and being flexible to move within the department and plant as required by production demands. Participation is required with company programs including those that support safety, quality, and production standards. Operate CNC equipment to process necessary parts per move ticket specification. Run programs by use of computer. Complete any necessary documentation and paperwork. Maintain production and quality standards. Follow all safety rules, JSA’s and work instructions. Perform all duties in a safe manner. Active member of the natural work team Follow all environmental policies. At minimum must be cross trained in job prior to and after current position in process flow. Fix unsafe conditions if possible and report condition to supervisor.
