Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to function as a team
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Use basic shop tools, lifting devices and measuring devices
• Use basic shop math
• Read and understand work instructions written in English
• Ability to hear and distinguish between normal and abnormal noises
• Hand dexterity to manipulate small gauges, knobs and controls
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (8 – 10 hours)
• Ability to repeatedly and frequently lift up to 50lbs unassisted

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or machining experience is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Technical training in CNC Operation or machining.
• Previous Machine Shop experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills to produce high-quality aluminum components.
• Read work instructions and use precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work alongside a team committed to producing world-class products.
