About The Position

Ergotronix designs and manufactures ergonomic lifting and material handling equipment that helps manufacturers improve safety, productivity, and efficiency. We are a small, growing company where every person makes a meaningful contribution. We value people who are positive, organized, curious, and willing to jump in wherever they're needed. We don't believe in "that's not my job." We believe in helping each other succeed. As we continue to grow, we're looking for people who bring initiative, enthusiasm, and a desire to make an impact. If you enjoy solving problems, learning new things, improving processes, and working alongside great teammates, we'd love to meet you. The Role We are looking for a hands-on CNC Operator / Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in making things.
