About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Horizontal Mill Machinist to join our dynamic team on our 1st Shift Mon - Fri 6AM - 3:30PM, Saturdays as needed from 6AM - 12:30PM. As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality components that meet our rigorous standards. This position is essential to our commitment to innovation and excellence in manufacturing.

Requirements

5+ years experience as a CNC Mill Setup Machinist.
3+ years experience as a HORIZONTAL/Vertical Mill Setup Machinist with 4 and 5 axis functions.
Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
Proficiency in G-Code, M-code, Fanuc controls and blueprint reading.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and bore gauges.
Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Edit programs and set up HAAS EC630 Horizontal CNC Mill to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining requirements.
Perform quality checks using bore gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
Maintain tooling and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machining processes and product quality.
Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
