About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our team. As a CNC Mill Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform various machining operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

Requirements

Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Basic math skills for performing calculations and measurements.
Familiarity with hand tools used in machining operations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Understanding of tooling selection and assembly processes.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating lathe, press brake machine, or other related equipment is a plus.
Knowledge of SolidWorks or other CAD software is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC milling machines to perform precision machining operations.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine attachments.
Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the machining process.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
