About The Position
Premier Aerospace NY dba Everfab is a leading precision manufacturer in the East Aurora area for over 45 years, looking to grow its team. They are seeking skilled individuals with the talent to machine high-precision parts for their customers. This is an opportunity for individuals with talent and a good work ethic. Experience and skill will be considered in final wage determination.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience with Mazak CNC 5 axis Mills.
- Programming and setup of CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions.
- Documentation with attention to details and accuracy.
- Read and understand blue prints, specifications as well as written instructions.
- Able to hold tight tolerances.
- Experience in working with different types of materials.
- Use of measuring tools including micrometers, bore gauges, etc.
- Must be able to positively contribute to the team environment in terms of productivity, cooperation, data collection, and attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Mazatrol, G-Code, understanding of Mastercam a plus.
