This role involves operating advanced 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC equipment in a clean, climate-controlled machine shop to produce high-precision tooling components. Requirements

• CNC or manual machining experience
• Blueprint reading skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Basic math skills (algebra or higher)
• High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Tool steel experience
• Mazatrol or Fanuc controls

Responsibilities

• Perform full CNC machine setups (tooling, offsets, fixturing)
• Machine tool steel components to tight tolerances
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints
• Set speeds, feeds, and tolerances
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards
