About The Position
Join the Everett Engineering family as a CNC/Manual Machinist! As a valued member of our team, you’ll operate CNC machines and manual machining equipment to create high-quality metal parts, working closely with our skilled crew to bring unique projects to life. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Skilled in using precision measuring tools.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work.
- Good problem-solving skills and a team player attitude.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently when needed.
- Knowledge of machining safety practices.
- Physical stamina for machining tasks.
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of experience in manual and CNC machining a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines, manual mills, and lathes to fabricate parts according to engineering drawings and specs.
- Select the right cutting tools and measuring instruments for each job.
- Work with precision and care to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve our processes.
