About The Position

As our CNC Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping our machining operations running safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in CNC machining or manufacturing
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with industrial electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
  • Experience operating manual machining equipment

Nice To Haves

  • Welding and fabrication experience
  • PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
  • Technical degree or industrial maintenance certification is helpful, but hands-on experience matters most

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC control issues
  • Performing preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
  • Diagnosing equipment failures and identifying permanent corrective actions
  • Repairing and rebuilding machine components including spindles, ballscrews, guide rails, pumps, valves, and drive systems
  • Operating manual machine tools to fabricate and modify replacement parts
  • Reading blueprints, electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Performing precision alignments and machine calibration using precision measuring equipment
  • Troubleshooting PLCs and CNC controls including Fanuc, Haas, Siemens, Okuma, or similar platforms
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that improve reliability and reduce downtime
  • Working closely with operators to improve machine performance and prevent recurring failures
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance documentation and a safe work environment
