CNC Maintenance Technician
About The Position

As our CNC Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping our machining operations running safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in CNC machining or manufacturing
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with industrial electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
- Experience operating manual machining equipment
Nice To Haves
- Welding and fabrication experience
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Technical degree or industrial maintenance certification is helpful, but hands-on experience matters most
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC control issues
- Performing preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
- Diagnosing equipment failures and identifying permanent corrective actions
- Repairing and rebuilding machine components including spindles, ballscrews, guide rails, pumps, valves, and drive systems
- Operating manual machine tools to fabricate and modify replacement parts
- Reading blueprints, electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and technical documentation
- Performing precision alignments and machine calibration using precision measuring equipment
- Troubleshooting PLCs and CNC controls including Fanuc, Haas, Siemens, Okuma, or similar platforms
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that improve reliability and reduce downtime
- Working closely with operators to improve machine performance and prevent recurring failures
- Maintaining accurate maintenance documentation and a safe work environment
