About The Position

Gibbs Die Casting is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Maintenance Technician to maintain production equipment on the third shift. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and improving machinery to help ensure safe, efficient operations and delivery of quality parts. The technician works with production teams to reduce downtime and support equipment reliability. The position is based in a hot manufacturing environment and requires use of tools, machinery, and PPE. The employer does not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least six months of related maintenance experience; manufacturing experience is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to working assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or willingness to complete one.
Electrical training.
Lockout/Tagout experience or training.
Fork truck experience or training.
Aerial lift experience or training.
Arc Flash experience or training.
PLC experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain production equipment through preventive maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvements.
Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to department specifications.
Communicate issues, priorities, and solutions to teammates and leaders.
Record maintenance activities and parts used in MP2.
Conduct torque and leak verification tests as required.
Follow safety standards and use PPE at all times.
Support reliability, teamwork, and respect across departments.
Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
