Requirements
- Experience in high-precision CNC machining
- CNC programming experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency
- Solid blueprint reading and tool room equipment knowledge
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in Machine Tooling Techniques or equivalent experience
- Experience or knowledge of injection molds (preferred)
- Journey Worker’s License (highly preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform high-precision CNC machining and related programming
- Troubleshoot tooling and equipment issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings
- Utilize a wide range of general tool room equipment
- Work independently with minimal direction while maintaining strong organizational practices
