About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Wheat Ridge. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting both manual and CNC machining equipment to produce precision gasket and seal products according to work orders and technical drawings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust manual and CNC machining equipment, including lathes, grinders, and mills.
• Machine gasket and seal products according to specifications.
• Read and interpret work orders, routers, and technical drawings.
• Measure finished products using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring equipment.
• Schedule and complete work based on production priorities.
• Accurately document and move completed products through the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all OSHA and workplace safety requirements.
