About The Position
Riverside Machine & Engineering has been in business for over 45 years, specializing in precision machining for the medical, aviation, space, and defense industries. Our vacuum aluminum brazing capabilities are in high demand, ensuring our shop is consistently busy with long-term projects and stable work. We are currently hiring CNC Machinists for our Mill, Swiss, and Turn departments.
Requirements
- CNC experience (all levels welcome)
- Associate degree/Technical certificate OR equivalent experience
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
Nice To Haves
- GD&T knowledge a plus, we provide training and shop floor support
Responsibilities
- Setup/operate CNC mills, Swiss, lathes
- Read blueprints, GD&T, job routings
- Load/verify programs, manage tooling/offsets
- In-process & final inspections (calipers, mics, gauges)
- Run multiple machines when cycle times allow
