Requirements

3-5 years of related experience.
Experience with CNC machining, grinding, milling, or multi-axis equipment.
Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills.
A positive attitude, dependable attendance, and desire to learn.
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a team first mindset.

Nice To Haves

Aerospace experience preferred but not required for strong machinists.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC grinding and milling equipment.
Machine high-precision aerospace components to demanding tolerances.
Read blueprints, use precision measuring equipment, and make tooling/offset adjustments.
Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams to improve processes.
Maintain the highest standards for safety, quality, and teamwork.
