About The Position

Seeking a skilled 3 and 5-Axis CNC Machine Operator to join a precision manufacturing team. The ideal CNC Machinist candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers, including Okuma, SNK, Fidia, DMG Mori, and Henri Line machines. The operator will be responsible for setting up, running, and inspecting complex components to tight tolerances using various aerospace production parts and tooling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience operating 3 and/or 5-axis CNC machines
• Proven experience on at least two or more of the following machines: Okuma, SNK, Fidia, DMG Mori, Henri Line
• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code
• Familiarity with tight-tolerance machining (+/- .0005” or better)
• Proficiency in setup, tool selection, and offset adjustments
• Ability to work independently and interpret complex blueprints

Nice To Haves

• Technical certification in CNC machining
• Experience with aluminum, steel, titanium, or Inconel
• Experience in aerospace or high-precision industries
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, NX, or similar)
• Knowledge of machine probing systems and Renishaw tools
