Requirements

High school diploma/GED
2 years of related machining experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong experience with precision grinding and milling.
CNC machining experience preferred.
Experience with multi-axis machining, including 5-axis grinding and 3-axis milling.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment.
Perform precision grinding and milling operations on aerospace components.
Operate and troubleshoot multi-axis machining equipment, including: 5-axis grinding machines, 3-axis CNC milling machines, Multi-axis conventional machining equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
Make tooling and offset adjustments to maintain production and quality standards.
Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Quality teams to improve manufacturing processes.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
