Starting wage is $32.60 an hour base pay Some weekly overtime including Saturdays. Climate-controlled manufacturing facility. IAM union positions with negotiated benefits starting first of the month following date of hire. IAM benefits include medical, dental, vision, Rx, life insurance and short-term disability Company contribution to 401k account of 5% weekly 10 paid holidays. Paid personal time and vacation – prorated.

Requirements

  • Accepting applicants with 1-3 years of CNC experience with a Technical Degree or 3+ years working experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years working experience in lieu of degree.
  • Must know and understand the functions of CNC programs and precision measuring equipment required to produce quality parts.
  • Responsible for supplying and maintaining personal tools to efficiently perform required tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Setup, operate and maintain CNC lathes and/or horizontal mills, using programs, blueprints and other work instructions as provided.
  • Must know and understand the functions of CNC programs and precision measuring equipment required to produce quality parts.
  • Responsible for supplying and maintaining personal tools to efficiently perform required tasks.
