About The Position

We are hiring skilled CNC Machinists for a precision aerospace manufacturing environment producing mission-critical components for aerospace and power generation applications. If you have experience with multi-axis CNC machining, tight tolerances, blueprint reading, and GD&T, this is an opportunity to join a quality-driven team where your skills matter. The role involves setting up and operating CNC turning and milling machines, working with multi-axis mills and lathes, machining precision aerospace components to tight tolerances, reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and GD&T callouts, adjusting tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds, performing in-process inspections and final quality verification, troubleshooting machining and setup issues, and collaborating with engineering and programming teams on process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience in aerospace, turbine, or precision manufacturing
• Experience with multi-axis CNC equipment
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Strong inspection and precision measurement skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Makino, or Mitsubishi controls preferred

Responsibilities
