Headquartered in Newtown, PA, Beck continues to set the industry standard for control you can count on. Join our 1st shift as a skilled CNC Machinist. You will be responsible for the setup, programming, prove-out, operation, and troubleshooting of CNC lathes, milling machines, grinders, and gear shaping equipment to manufacture precision components that meet quality, safety, and productivity standards. Working independently from blueprints, specifications, and manufacturing documentation, this role performs inspections, adjusts tooling and programs as needed, resolves machining issues, and ensures compliance with GD&T and dimensional requirements. The CNC Machinist also supports continuous improvement initiatives, maintains equipment and work areas, and serves as a technical mentor to less experienced shop personnel while promoting a safe and professional manufacturing environment. Experience with Makino machining centers and horizontal CNC milling and turning machines is highly preferred.
