About The Position

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC drills and machining equipment to produce quality parts according to drawings, specifications, and established production requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of CNC drill experience required.
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Ability to use precision measuring tools accurately.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work overtime as required to meet production needs.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of G-code and M-code preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements while working on the shop floor.
Set up and operate CNC drills and machining equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for required specifications and dimensions.
Measure parts using tape measures, dial calipers, dial indicators, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
Remove slag and perform grinding as needed to prepare and finish parts.
Operate overhead cranes to safely load and unload machines and position parts.
Cut supports to required lengths using a hot saw.
Occasionally operate forklifts as required.
Complete assigned work according to established safety, quality, and production requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
