CNC Machinist - Tool Griding Specialist
Location: TBM Hardwoods, Hanover, PA

Requirements

• Proven experience operating Rondamat 1000 CNC grinder or similar
• Experience using Rondamat 960 manual grinder or similar
• Ability to read technical drawings and tool specifications, required
• High attention to detail and commitment to precision, required
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently, required
• Strong mechanical aptitude, required

Nice To Haves

• Strong understanding of tooling geometry, required and millwork applications, preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Rondamat 1000 CNC tool grinder
• Operate Rondamat 960 manual grinder for tool sharpening and reconditioning
• Sharpen and maintain carbide and high-speed steel cutting tools
• Inspect tools for wear, damage, and precision tolerances
• Program and adjust CNC grinding parameters as needed
• Maintain accurate records of tool maintenance and performance
• Collaborate with production team to ensure tools meet millwork specifications
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
