Requirements

  • CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, or both)
  • Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and use inspection tools
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • A mindset focused on quality, not shortcuts

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes (Hermle, DMG Mori, Okuma, Sodick)
  • Work from blueprints and tight-tolerance specifications
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality
  • Troubleshoot and make adjustments to optimize performance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving
