About The Position

Acromil, LLC is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for both Day and Night shifts. The selected individual will be responsible for independently setting up and operating CNC Machines according to job and program specifications, ensuring quality, dimensions, and key characteristics are maintained. This role requires knowledge of CNC machines and single and multi-spindle machine tools, including specific models from Handtmann, SNK, and Cincinnati, and controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens 840D, and Cincinnati 950.

Requirements

5 years related work experience in an Aerospace Manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Handtmann, SNK, and Cincinnati machine lines.
Knowledge of CNC’s, single and Multi-Spindle machine tools.
Ability to stand for 8 hours in a day/night.
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Keen eye-hand coordination.
Ability to be trained and certified as a Forklift & Crane Operator.
Must be a United States (US) Person as defined by ITAR Regulations.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating procedures, general instructions, machine manuals, employee handbook, company policies and departmental procedures.

Nice To Haves

Familiar with Fanuc, Siemens 840D, and Cincinnati 950 controllers.

Responsibilities

Independently set-up and operate CNC Machines according to job and program specifications.
Ensure that quality, dimensions, and key characteristics are maintained.
Operate Handtmann HBZ Trunnion 120, Handtmann HBZ CC 400, Handtmann PBZ HD 600.
Operate SNK High Speed Tilt Table UHP-120B, SNK High Speed Horizontal Tilt Table HPS-4B, SNK RB-200F, SNK Vertical.
Operate Cincinnati 3 spindle gantries, Cincinnati high speed 3 spindle gantries, Cincinnati Vertical Mills.
Operate OKK Horizontal mills, OKK High Speed vertical mills 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis machines, using Fanuc, Siemens 840D, and Cincinnati 950 controllers.
