About The Position
We are a growing precision machining shop actively looking for skilled and motivated CNC Machinists (Mill & Lathe) to join our team. This is a full-time position with immediate openings and competitive pay plus benefits. We are looking for individuals who take pride in making chips fly and want to work with a solid team that values craftsmanship.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on CNC experience (setup + operation)
- Ability to work from blueprints and independently troubleshoot
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Haas, Fanuc, or Hurco CNC machines
- Experience with live tooling 4-axis/5-axis
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes (Haas, Fanuc, Hurco, - experience with any of these is a plus)
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
- Produce high-quality parts in low to medium volumes
- Perform in-process inspection using micrometers, calipers, bore gages, CMM, etc.
- Edit programs (G-code) and adjust offsets as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
