About The Position

The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines and ensuring machined parts meet quality, dimensional, and customer specifications. The position also performs grinding, assembly, soldering, and bonding tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of CNC machining experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Beginner in MS Office
Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.
Ability to learn and apply advanced technical concepts.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with limited information.
Able to communicate effectively with management and co-workers to promote strong working relationships and create an environment focused on teamwork.
Flexible with work and job assignments and willing to perform any function.
Must be dependable and available to work overtime when required.
Excellent blueprint reading skills, including GD&T per standard.
Ability to use precision and portable coordinate measuring equipment to take accurate measurements
Must be able to legally work in the United States; we are unable to provide sponsorship.
Position requires candidate to be a U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status) and defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20).

Contribute to the establishment of crucial quality systems.
Assist in the development of inspection systems and methods.
Effective teamwork and communication with fellow team members
