CNC Machinist - Level 4 -SHIFT 2

Honeywell Aerospace•Lansdale, PA

About The Position

The CNC Machinist works in a DoD-certified facility, operating machining equipment to produce high-precision parts for national security and advanced space systems. The role contributes to manufacturing quality and productivity by meeting production targets and maintaining operational excellence in a quality-focused environment. The machinist independently interprets complex drawings and verbal concepts, plans machining sequences, operates and adjusts machinery and tooling, and fabricates or repairs precision parts to tight tolerances. Work includes machining operations on a range of materials, calculating angles and dimensions, creating tooling and fixtures, finishing parts, and verifying results with precision measuring equipment. The position is a second-shift schedule: four 10-hour days, starting at 3 PM. Candidates must have four years of CNC machining experience, including experience with Haas, Okuma, and Multus equipment; knowledge of machining principles and GD&T; and the ability to work safely and independently. Because the role involves access to technology controlled by U.S. export laws, candidates must meet U.S. person requirements or be eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license. Candidates must also be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Honeywell Aerospace employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-subsidized insurance coverage, retirement matching, paid time off, paid holidays, educational assistance, and other benefits.
