About The Position

Reich Tool & Design is a family-owned job shop specializing in aerospace, defense, medical, and advanced manufacturing work. They are looking for a CNC Machinist for their Tool Room on the 1st shift. This role offers variety in complex parts and a team-oriented environment within a clean, climate-controlled facility. Machinists work with advanced equipment including 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC machines, Swiss turning, and Wire EDM.

Requirements

• CNC setup and programming experience
• Tool Room, Tool & Die, or job shop background
• Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills
• Pride in craftsmanship and precision work

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment
• Machine precision tooling components and overflow contract machining work
• Read blueprints and GD&T specifications
• Build fixtures and optimize machining setups
• Inspect parts to tight tolerances
• Work closely with Machinists, Toolmakers, and Engineers on unique projects
