About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting four seasoned, highly skilled Mazak - CNC Machinists on behalf of a valued client partner in the precision medical device manufacturing sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for these Mazak - CNC Machinist opportunities. We are seeking dependable machinists with hands-on Mazak experience who can maintain production flow, hold tight tolerances, and produce precision components in a regulated, quality-driven environment. These positions require strong blueprint reading ability, inspection discipline, and a production-first mindset.

Requirements

1–3+ years of CNC machining experience in production settings
Direct experience operating Mazak CNC equipment preferred
Strong blueprint reading and dimensional interpretation skills
Experience inspecting tight-tolerance parts with precision measuring tools
Ability to monitor offsets, tooling, and machine consistency
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset
Dependable attendance and ability to work assigned shift schedule
Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered
1–3+ years CNC machining experience
Mazak machining experience strongly preferred
Strong blueprint reading and inspection capability
Experience holding tight tolerances
Dependable production mindset and strong attendance
Comfortable working onsite in West Chester, Pennsylvania
Open to assigned shift schedules
Stable resume with progressive growth

Nice To Haves

Experience with Mazatrol controls
Background in medical device, aerospace, or regulated manufacturing
Experience with 5-axis Mazak or Integrex equipment
Ability to assist with setups and changeovers
Multi-machine operation experience
Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments
CNC programming exposure is a plus
Mazak operators from medical device shops
CNC machinists from aerospace precision environments
Multi-machine operators with strong inspection habits
Machinists with Mazatrol and setup support experience

Responsibilities

Operate Mazak CNC lathes, machining centers, or multi-axis equipment in a production environment
Produce precision components while maintaining quality and throughput expectations
Read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions accurately
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related measuring tools
Monitor tool wear, offsets, and machine performance throughout production runs
Support setup changes, tooling adjustments, and changeovers as needed
Run one or multiple machines depending on workflow demands
Maintain organized workstations and follow safety / quality procedures
Communicate production or quality concerns promptly to leadership
