About The Position

A manufacturing facility located in Kilgore, TX is in need of a CNC Machinist. This role involves operating CNC machines to fabricate parts, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring product accuracy using precision measuring instruments. Proficiency in FANUC and HAAS systems is expected, along with the ability to perform maintenance and collaborate with team members to resolve production issues. A clean, safe, and organized work environment is essential.

Requirements

• Must thrive in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills (email, phone, and in-person).
• CNC/Lathe experience is REQUIRED.
• Must be able to pass a nationwide background and a drug screening test.

Responsibilities

• Operating CNC machines (lathes and milling machines) to fabricate parts from raw materials.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to meet machining specifications.
• Using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges) to ensure product accuracy.
• Proficiency in FANUC CNC systems, with some experience in HAAS machinery.
• Setting up and running multiple machines efficiently.
• Performing daily and routine maintenance on CNC equipment to optimize performance.
• Collaborating with engineers and team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
