About The Position

We are looking for a CNC Machinist who acts as a "Technical Pilot"—someone with a "zero-defect" mindset and a deep curiosity for how things work. This role offers the autonomy to own your workstation and the support to grow your technical skills. The shift is 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with a 4-day work week, providing 3 days off.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required.
3-5 years of hands-on CNC experience or equivalent training.
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and hand/power tools.
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to stand for 75% of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a loud manufacturing environment with appropriate PPE.

Nice To Haves

A Technical Certificate or Associate’s Degree in CNC Machining is highly preferred.
Familiarity or working knowledge of G-code is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Lathes and Vertical Machining Centers to create complex, high-tolerance parts.
Use machine manuals, meters, and diagnostic skills to identify and fix issues.
Read and interpret complex blueprints to manufacture profiles involving radiuses, angles, and varied tangent points.
Perform light maintenance and cleaning on equipment to ensure peak performance and a safe environment.
Support plant-wide facility projects and assist team members across the shop as needed.
