About The Position
Engineered Tooling Systems (ETS) is looking to add an experienced CNC Machinists. The CNC Machinist is responsible for producing machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine.
Requirements
- Experience with using Work NC software
- A well-rounded knowledge of cutters and inserts, and feeds/speeds.
- High school or equivalent education.
- Valid driver’s license
- Full use of all limbs.
- Able to read and speak English.
- Able to lift 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Download programs and MDI (Manual Data Input) as needed.
- Ability to perform your own programming and running your details.
- Setup and machine to the proper programs and tolerances required.
- Recheck setups, change cutters and inserts, and make adjustments as needed to achieve the best possible results.
- Maintain appropriate tools and keep current on calibration.
- Keep work area clean.
- Follow all safety rules and report unsafe work conditions to management.
- Regular attendance at work during scheduled work hours.
- Employees may be requested to perform other job functions as required.
