About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for a temp-to-hire position on the 2nd shift. The role involves operating CNC machines, assisting with setups, making adjustments to programs and controls, and ensuring the quality of machined parts. This position is located in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility in Spring, TX.

Requirements

• Familiar with Doosan, Okuma, or Swiss Machines with Fanuc controls
• MUST be able to accurately read OD/ID Micrometers and MRP’s.
• Must be able to read and interpret prints, dimension, and tolerances.
• High School education or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CNC Operator.
• Background and drug screening required.
• Must pass background and drug screen
• Must have ASTM F2413 compliant protective footwear with a minimum height of 6 inches, low heal, and slip resistant soles.
• Must have ASTM 2413 metatarsal guards and safety glasses

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of various accessory level machined parts.
• Operate CNC machines in accordance with operating instructions.
• Skillfully make necessary adjustment to CNC program or machine control offsets to assure compliance to all dimensions and quality requirements.
• Use precision gages, micrometers and other applicable measurement instruments to validate compliance of product.
• Responsible for quality of work meeting all requirements.
• Follow all Company work instructions, specifications and requirements.
• Follow all Company Rules, Procedures and Policies.
• Follow all Company Safety Rules.
• Any other duties as assigned by Lead.
