About The Position

Our client RibbitZ is looking for a CNC Machinist in West Chester. This role involves operating and supporting CNC machines to produce high-precision medical device components. The machinist will be responsible for running multiple machines, inspecting parts to tight tolerances, following established programs, and supporting daily production requirements in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years CNC machining experience in a production environment
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
• Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances
• Ability to operate multiple machines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments
• Experience assisting with machine setup and changeovers
• Experience with Mazak lathes or machining centers
• Exposure to Mazak 5-axis mills or Integrex machines
• Experience with Star Swiss-style lathes
