About The Position
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with Wire EDM experience to support precision manufacturing operations. The machinist will set up, operate, and program CNC machines and Wire EDM equipment to produce high-accuracy components. This position requires strong blueprint interpretation, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong CNC and Wire EDM experience
- Ability to step in with minimal training
- Strong blueprint interpretation

- Consistent adherence to quality standards
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Makino equipment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills, lathes, and Wire EDM machines; experience with Makino equipment is a plus.
- Program or edit G-code and conversational programs directly at the machine.
- Set up parts, including selecting, mounting, and aligning tools, attachments, and workpieces.
- Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure compliance with prints.
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC and EDM equipment.
- Complete production documentation including routing sheets and material tracking forms.
- Maintain a safe, organized work area in accordance with safety protocols.
