About The Position
This role requires an experienced CNC Machinist who can step in with minimal training. The ideal candidate already has strong CNC and Wire EDM experience and only needs to learn the company’s specific product line. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with Wire EDM experience to support precision manufacturing operations. The machinist will set up, operate, and program CNC machines and Wire EDM equipment to produce high‑accuracy components. This position requires strong blueprint interpretation, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills, lathes, and Wire EDM machines; experience with Makino equipment is a plus.
- Program or edit G‑code and conversational programs directly at the machine.
- Set up parts, including selecting, mounting, and aligning tools, attachments, and workpieces.
- Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure compliance with prints.
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC and EDM equipment.
- Complete production documentation including routing sheets and material tracking forms.
- Maintain a safe, organized work area in accordance with safety protocols.
