Oh, and did we mention that you will be paid from day 1? You can look forward to starting at $16.01 an hour and eligibility for pay increases every 3 months from there! Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), some related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers in both written and oral form
Ability to perform statistical process control input and interpret statistical data to compensate for machining deviation
Ability to perform mathematical calculations on fractions, percentages, decimals, and machine speeds/feeds
Knowledgeable in regard to the safety policies and procedures of the Company as described in the company safety manual
Adhere to all said policies and procedures while supporting the goals and objectives of the organization and recognize the Company’s need to achieve its business objective

Responsibilities
