Oh, and did we mention that you will be paid from day 1? You can look forward to starting at $16.01 an hour and eligibility for pay increases every 3 months from there! Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), some related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers in both written and oral form
  • Ability to perform statistical process control input and interpret statistical data to compensate for machining deviation
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations on fractions, percentages, decimals, and machine speeds/feeds
  • Knowledgeable in regard to the safety policies and procedures of the Company as described in the company safety manual
  • Adhere to all said policies and procedures while supporting the goals and objectives of the organization and recognize the Company’s need to achieve its business objective

Responsibilities

  • Learn to become a CNC Machinist

  • Perform statistical process control input and interpret statistical data to compensate for machining deviation
  • Perform mathematical calculations on fractions, percentages, decimals, and machine speeds/feeds
  • Comply with Company hazardous waste disposal procedures
