Nemco Food Equipment is committed to the manufacturing and on-time delivery of these piece parts to the assembly operations with a very experienced staff of metalworkers who can operate a variety of work centers able to machine steel and aluminum into complex parts. The shift work hours are from 9 pm to 5 am. In this job, you will work in a production environment, working with CNC vertical mills, brake presses, laser cutters and Press punches. After an initial training period, productivity and quality requirements must be met. Durations of set-ups and run times will vary. Tasks require an exceptional degree of eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and the use of both hands and arms on a repetitive basis for a full range of motion. Machining experience is a must. In this role, you will have leadership responsibilities for the machining department and be a back-up leader for fabrication. This role is a working lead that will report to the first shift department supervisor. Initial training will be on 1st shift and is expected to last about 90 days.
