About The Position

Due to increased demand and growth, we have positions available on B/C/D-shifts. A and B Shift: M-Th 6a-4:30p or 7:30p-6a (10 hour shifts, 4 days per week). Weekend Warrior Fr/Sa/Su 6a-6p or 6p-6a (12 hour shifts, paid lunch, work 36 hours-get paid for 40).

Requirements

Operate 5-Axis CNC Mills and lathes
Setup jobs in assigned equipment
Perform 1st piece, in-process and last piece inspection using micrometers, calipers, comparators, various gauges and CMM equipment
Perform data collection and communication tasks in Job Boss and other applications
Perform operator maintenance
Diagnose and correct equipment or tool issues
Perform de-burr or rework of work in-process
Make recommendations to optimize and improve assigned processes
Maintain work station to 5S standards
Perform all work according to PAC safety standards
Comply with all PAC policy and procedures

Responsibilities

Operate 5-Axis CNC Mills and lathes to produce the required number of correct parts in a timely manner according to process documentation. This can include operating multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.
Correctly setup jobs in assigned equipment in a timely manner.
Perform 1st piece, in-process and last piece inspection using micrometers, calipers, comparators, various gauges and CMM equipment according to process documentation.
Perform data collection and communication tasks in Job Boss and other applications.
Perform operator maintenance.
Diagnose and correct equipment or tool issues.
Perform de-burr or rework of work in-process.
Make recommendations to optimize and improve assigned processes.
Maintain work station to 5S standards.
Perform all work according to PAC safety standards.
