About The Position
ATI Forged Products is seeking a CNC Machinist (Set Up Relief Operator) at their Cudahy, WI facility. This position is responsible for all complete setups of CNC machines and running them on a relief basis. ATI Forged Products produces and markets a wide range of specialty metal alloys, including titanium, nickel, and steel forgings to end use markets such as aerospace, energy, oil & gas, and general industrial markets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Ability to read blueprints
- 5-7 years of CNC experience
Nice To Haves
- Machining certificate preferred
Responsibilities
- Follows engineering setup charts to perform initial assembly of tools
- Performs complete disassembly of jobs
- Arranges tooling
- Interprets program to install all tools in the machine and establish and put in offsets
- Performs complete machining of first piece
- Verifies all dimensions on machines to corresponds with drawing
- Running machines in a relief basis
