  • Proficiency in CNC machine programming (G-code, M-code).
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, or Autodesk Fusion).
  • Ability to operate CNC machine digital interfaces, set parameters, and input production data.
  • Basic computer literacy for file management, data entry, and use of standard office software (e.g., Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to use digital measurement tools and quality control software.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience on a CNC lathe/mill
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • This position requires U.S. Citizenship and is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Maintain acceptable reject and production rates.
  • Verify part compliance using calipers and micrometers.
  • Read blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine required materials and dimensions.
  • Select and set up appropriate machines (e.g., lathes), position and load materials, and handle fixtures, jaws, chucks, spindles, collets, pads, and bar feeder inputs.
  • Plan the sequence of steps for assignments, including programming input or corrections.
  • Determine and program batch sizes and machine speeds.
