About The Position
MasterTech is on the search for a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer in Salt Lake City. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating Mazak Machines using Mazatrol programming language, troubleshooting machinery, and operating mills and lathes. The position also requires collaboration with engineers and designers to interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings, developing efficient machining strategies, and training junior machinists. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in the trade
- Highly proficient with Mazak Mazatrol.
- Excellent understanding of G-Code programming and CNC Machining principles.
- Experience programming with Mastercam Software.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
