About The Position

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Mini-Circuits’ sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website. In this role, you will work with both the software and hardware aspects of CNC machines, ensuring smooth operation and high‑quality output. Responsibilities include conducting product tests and inspections, creating production setups, and making necessary corrections to CNC programs. You will also generate entry‑level CNC programs and perform simple rework using a manual milling machine when required.

Requirements

  • High Scholl diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience as CNC programmer or CNC Machinist.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Knowledge of G-code must.
  • Highly detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Master cam preferable.
  • Use Vertical milling machine on basic level (preferable).
  • Technical Trade school.
  • College degree is not required but preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Create CNC programs independently (preferably) or with minimum assistance.
  • Create set up for CNC Milling machine operation, which will include setting and secure cutting tool, holding fixtures and raw materials.
  • Control CNC machining process and make corrections to CNC program if needed.
  • Perform visual and dimensional “in process” inspection for manufactured parts.
  • Inspect raw material and make preparation (cut to required sizes) for CNC Milling operation.
  • Oversee the tool/material consumption and make sure proper waste disposal.
  • Implement MCL safety and environmental polices.
  • Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
